Driveway Repair And Resurface For Less!

If you have a driveway that has cracks, raised areas and small sink holes and you are thinking you need to tear it out and have new concrete installed, think again!  Most reputable concrete companies will charge between $10-$14 per square foot to break up, tear out and dispose of concrete and then install new concrete and you *may* find a small company that might do it for around $8 per sqft but you never know if they are actually licensed and insured or if they will stand behind their work.

We can actually repair your concrete driveway’s cracks, raised areas, small sink holes and then resurface it with a commercial grade concrete resurfacing compound modified with high-performance polymers that offer exceptional bond strength and look like brand new concrete for between $4-$5 per sqft!  And we give a 10 year transferable warranty with our work.

Cracks are opened up with a diamond grinder to make them wider and deeper and then filled with a two part polyurea and sand mixture which cures to be up to five times harder than concrete.  Small sink holes (around 5′ X 10′ in size) will be busted out and dowelled with rebar to the existing concrete to ensure a strong bond between the old and new concrete.  Raised areas are ground down to the same level and hollow spots are drilled and filled with expanding polyurethane foam to give the slab extra support and strength.  Spalled concrete (where the top layer has worn out or chipped off) is cleaned and filled with resurfacing material and then a second coat is applied for the final broom finish.  Then we apply concrete sealer to give additional protection and beauty.
